Christopher Stahl - President
The President of G4i Development Group, Christopher Stahl, possesses over 20 years of experience providing subject matter expertise, design and implementation strategies and processes for winning over $3 billion in Federal Government business programs.
He has collaborated with major Fortune 500 companies which include Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, Raytheon, Bechtel, Williams Telecommunications and Bell Laboratories to name a few.
Through his partnership with the Florida Institute of Technology, Mr. Stahl has been influential in providing Florida’s small businesses with improved access to U.S. Government contracts. Additionally, his partnership with Microsoft’s Government Partner Channel Group has provided technological support for more than 1,200 Microsoft partners nationwide.
In 2003, he founded and served as CEO of Synchris, Inc., an enterprise software firm, formerly MAP ROI Systems, Inc. Stahl also is the original founder and Chief Architect of ePipeline, a content and software application. Stahl is also the creator of G-Force™, a capture-management process program, and was a 2004 finalist for the Software & Information Industry Association’s Codie Awards.
In collaboration with local government, he has privatized the last publicly held U.S. territory telecommunications company, Guam Telephone Authority (GTA).
Mr. Stahl has served as a subject matter expert in helping companies win government contracts in the news, media and associate publications, including ABC, HISA, NVTC and Washington Technology. As an expert in government business strategies and processes, he is frequently invited to serve as keynote speaker for major conferences worldwide.
Paul Flaherty - Senior Vice President
Paul Flaherty has 28 years of experience, including over 20 years in developing successful solutions and a win list that totals over $3.5 Billion in Federal Government contracts.
A seasoned executive, Paul has extensive experience managing teams to perform, from early success as Program Manager of RECON underwater Remotely Operated Vehicles (ROV’s) at Perry Offshore (now a Lockheed Martin Division), to successful launch of several companies. Mr. Flaherty has developed and sold manufacturing, engineering services and consulting companies, all of which had growth through Federal Government contracts.
His background in engineering and program management has enabled him to be a valuable resource for companies such as General Electric Corporation, URS (EG&G Division) and L-3 Communications as well as assisting in the growth of multiple small and medium size business entities.
A public speaker on the subject of Federal Government Business Development and published author, Paul is known as a large deal business development and capture strategist. He has previously managed a nationwide workshop series “How to Win and Operate Government Contracts” which taught over 3500 attendees the intricacies of Federal Government contracting. His book of the same title sold over 8000 copies on Amazon.com. Paul is currently in the process of authoring an updated version.
Mr. Flaherty works with G4i Partner companies in strategic market planning, pipeline development and execution, assisting companies to expand into adjacent markets and customers by winning new contracts. His specialty is winning larger contracts for small to medium companies through the use of teaming, partnership and strategic alliances developed over a 25 year career in the Federal Marketplace.
Gary McDonough - Vice President, GPA-HRSA, Inc.
Gary McDonough brings over 20 years over all in sales, marketing and operations in the fields Healthcare Services, Information Technology, Intelligence and Security, with exceptional depth in the Public Sector markets including 10 years of executive leadership experience. Throughout his career he has successfully built and led Business Development teams in the federal markets and has significant experience in driving progressive revenue growth. Most recently, Mr. McDonough was Senior Vice President of Adecco Government Solutions, a division of Adecco North America, a $45 billion dollar organization. At Adecco Gary led a national sales and marketing team to provide; among other things, doctors, nurses, technicians and ancillary medical support services to the Federal Government. Prior to Adecco, Mr. McDonough led sales and marketing for NEC Corporation of America, North and South America.
Mr. McDonough has a record of successfully developing sales organizations into top performing teams and realizing targeted sales and growth. Most recently he has managed sales, marketing, strategic acquisitions and led teams in securing millions in Federal Government contacts and billions in contract vehicles within multiple agencies providing health care services. His core area of expertise is in paradigm shifting solutions and processes.
Throughout his career, Mr. McDonough has consistently been at the forefront providing solutions to clients. Solutions comprised of services supported with technology that enabled new levels of service, care and cost savings. He has extensive experience in designing new sales strategies and educational programs for solutions that are new to the market and this expertise has led companies to increased levels of success and placed them in top of the market place. His public sector experience includes providing service and software solutions to both the commercial and federal buyers in the fields of health care, technology and intelligence and has contacts at the highest levels in multibillion dollar companies and the general officer and secretary level in multiple government agencies including the US Army, US Air Force, the Department of Homeland Security, Department of Defense, OPM and DLA.
Mr. McDonough is currently planning and launching the first of its kind, Ocular Health Non-Profit organization to assist wounded warriors and other health initiatives, this organization is led by Major General Gale S. Pollock (ret.) of the US Army. Mr. McDonough also holds two additional board seats, Area Coalitions for Educational Excellence (ACE-E) and the National Military Intelligence Association (NMIA) and is on multiple committees for Professional Services Council (PSC). He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in International Business and Marketing from the University of Toledo, Toledo, OH.
Simran Stuelpnagel – Vice President
Simran Stuelpnagel is a Vice President of G4i Development Group and manages the growth of G4i Staffing and G4i-AGC, the Joint Venture with the Akal Group. Akal is a federal security and program management firm with over 10,000 employees and US Government past performance in 50 states and over 150 countries and it is the largest employer of retired American law enforcement personnel.
Mr. Stuelpnagel comes to G4i from Akal, where he spent nearly a decade in M&A, corporate strategy, business development, and contracts. He was a member of the firm’s six-person senior business review team that defined the firm’s strategy and evaluated all business development activity. He advised the President on M&A matters and completed strategic acquisitions and joint ventures in federal security, intelligence, special operations, and systems integration. He directed every business development phase for efforts ranging from small strategic task orders to major nine-figure programs.
Mr. Stuelpnagel also managed all contractual elements of the organization’s flagship program, a $1.7 Billion set of service contracts that staffs 5,500 retired police officers to the Department of Justice. He led a team that interfaced with six federal contracting officers and 85 COTRs, responding to over 3000 government contract actions per year. Additionally, Mr. Stuelpnagel was Akal’s corporate negotiator for third party BD agreements, which included documentation with over 100 corporate partners ranging from SBA certified small businesses to global fortune 500 firms.
